We aim to ensure that you are pleased with your purchases and with our service.

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and online bank transfer.

To make a purchase, please email us at info@salaverde.com.au with your product request and delivery address.

You will be sent an invoice that must be paid in full before we dispatch your order.


Once you place an online order, you will be sent an order receipt confirmation.

If you do not receive this email please contact nikki@salaverde.com.au so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.


Prices are as set out on the website and include GST (10% Goods and Services Tax).

We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time.

Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.


Industry trade customers who “sign up” will receive any news of new products and special offers first.

By becoming an approved registered customer, you will have access to wholesale prices. When you register with us you guarantee that all of the information you provide is true, accurate and current.  If this information changes, please contact info@salaverde.com.au

You must not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name you do not have authority to use.

You must not use the website in any way which will cause or is likely to cause the website to be impaired, damaged or interrupted in any way.


When you refer a new customer to us and they make a purchase, we will offer you a 15% discount off your next purchase.


While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.


Due to the hand-made nature of our products, some variations in colour may occur, particularly if products are from different batches.

To get the most out of any goods, you should take care to follow the care and installation instructions.


All items are subject to availability.

We will inform you as soon as possible if products you have ordered are not available.

If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply any products then you will be offered a full refund or, if available and acceptable to you, substitute goods of equivalent quality and price. 


We endeavor to use the fastest, safest and most cost effective form of delivery to get your purchases to you. Standard parcel deliveries will be made by courier Monday to Friday between approx 9am and 5pm.

Your delivery address and any special delivery instructions must be supplied by you at the time of order.

Delivery cost for standard items to major metropolitan areas within Australia (excluding over-sized parcels) amounts to A$12.00 per delivery.

In the event of increase, adjustment will be made our website information and to your order.

Deliveries to some rural locations, and over-sized parcels will incur higher charges and will be priced accordingly once you order is received.

You will receive delivery of your order within 7 days if items are in stock and delivery address is in a major metropolitan area of Australia. If items are out of stock, we will contact you with expected timelines.

If delays are anticipated, we will contact you.


You are entitled to cancel your order.

If you wish to exercise this right please email info@salaverde.com.au. If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns information.


If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (with the original packaging) within 7 days in the original condition and we’ll refund or replace.

We regret that postage, packing and any insurance costs incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach us. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We will only make a refund using the same method of payment originally used by you to pay for your purchase.


Your personal data (e.g. your name, telephone number, e-mail address, billing and delivery address, debit and credit card details) are treated with total respect and confidentiality.

Any personal information collected during the purchasing process will only used by us.

We will not provide any of your personal data to any outside company for marketing purposes.


Every effort is made to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Sala Verde shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.


We will not be responsible for any delay in complying or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions of sale if that delay or failure is due to any circumstances outside our reasonable control including without limitation fire, flood, acts of terrorism or where we are let down by a supplier.

We endeavor to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, we do not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.
