Woodford Pendant

Using sustainably sourced acacia wood, each pendant is hand-tuned by skilled artisans in the Philippines.

Each pendant is hand made from a single piece of acacia wood. Each features the natural and differing variations of the wood’s grain and colour. No two are the same.

Woodstock is designed by SalaVerde. It is made up of the base “bowl” and two cable beads that are moveable and removable.

“In the game of chess, the position of all pieces is crucial to win or to loose. we want to position our lights just as carefully and strategically to get the best ambiance in our environment”.

Holland’s Danny Fang has created for HIVE a family of lights that reference each of the pieces on a chess board with a sculptural and textured result.

Moulded from pulped grasses (Salago) and dyed to one of three colours with metallic gold internal detailing.

Checkmate hanging lamps afford you great variety in arrangements and the subtle detailing in each form creats a strong, familiar, visual language tying together the six different shades.
